      Goodbye Flyleaf, My last post.

This is going to be my last and final post, i've had so much fun and learning and getting to take a really good look at Lacey Mosley. I knew she had a bad childhood, but I didn't know every small detail. I knew already how amazing and beautifully she could sing, but I didn't know and always wondered where her lyrics come from. She's one of my idols and amazes me. She inspires me to sing and to be the person that i am. 

Some of the things I've learned from Lacey Mosley through writing this blog is that, she taught me how to write lyrics to my own songs now. She's living proof that even the broken can be saved. She's amazing. I've learned about her tattoos what they mean and why she got them. I learned that she was in a marriage that need in divorce. 

But now she's married to a great man.

I learned her favorite color Is wolf timber grey. I've learned how inspiring she is to not only me but other people.

Some of the things I struggled on this blog with was finding different information about Lacey, I could find things about Lacey, but they each has similar things written. Interviews fell under the same way. Another thing I struggled with was finding different pictures of Lacey Mosley that I could use. The where only like 6 pictures on google on the advanced search. I could find more on flicker but struggled with it. But I got it so it was all good in the end.

I feel honored to write about a legend, Lacey Mosley and flyleaf. I loved getting to know more about Lacey Mosley and about her band. And her past that she conquered. It's amazing to know that I can relate to her in so many ways, I'll keep on singing and believe and following my own heart. I can't wait to see what jack is going to be when he's older. I'm excited, even tho I've seen Flyleaf once in concert. I wish i would have gotten the chance to met her. 

The rewards for writing this blog is every moment of it. Learning every little detail. Knowing that she's such a brave soul, I'm very proud. Lacey Mosley, flyleaf will never be the same. But take care and I'll be looking forward to hearing about your normally motherly life!.

   

Lacey's Top 5 Accomplishments

Lacey has a lot of accomplishments, She's had a great 10 years being the lead singer of flyleaf and an Internet band celebrity, I'd like to talk about the top 5 accomplishments I think Lacey has made in the past 10 years.

Accomplishment # 5: Being so grateful for everything

Lacey has always been so grateful, about everything. She never knew how this was going to turn out. She never knew if flyleaf would be popular or not. But she was still grateful for every step of the way. Even now as she's leaving flyleaf, she still says all the time how she's still blessed to have had the past 10 years. She's had a positive attitude every step of the way. I feel this is an accomplishment because, most people would take being a lead singer or being a celebrity for granted, most people would do it for money or the fame, but no Lacey. Lacey did it to reach out to people.

Accomplishment # 4: Joining Flyleaf

When Lacey first joined her fellow band mates 10 years back, the bands first name was listen. After they started writing song and music, they changed it to flyleaf. Flyleaf is one of the best bands ever and widely know about. There's so many videos of people doing Lacey's song covers. This is an accomplishment to me, because she's done so well. She knows how to reach out to her fans and put an arrow to the heart to hook them. She's so inspiring and many people love her music and her energy and vibe when she sings.

Accomplishment # 3: Being a strong mother

Lacey welcomed baby " jack strum" on April,9,2011.
She loves her son so much and loves to learn and watch from him. Lacey's mother wasn't a good mother to Lacey, and go into lots of fights with her. But instead of turning into a mother like Lacey's mother was. Lacey is giving her son the life she never had. I think this is a great accomplishment because most people who have been treated badly, act the same towards other people or they're kids.

Accomplishment # 2 : Teaching Teens to value themselves.

Lacey knows the problems about American teens, she knows about the world today and about how the way teens are today. She talks about sexual abuse and drugs and bulling  at school. Teens don't know how to value themselves, anymore. They need to save themselves for they're loved ones.

Accomplishment # 1: Lacey's come a long way.

Lacey's had depression as a kid, she self harmed herself, and did many drugs at the age of 10. She planned to kill herself. She didn't like the world and hated everyone she met or knew. But despite all of this, the reason why I feel this is Lacey's #1 accomplishment, is because, struggling out of depression and fighting your way to stay alive when everything is going so wrong, is strong. It takes faith in yourself and to come out a stronger person then you've ever been. I feel that the hearts who have suffered the most pain, are the ones who are kind and nice and are true people.  

These reasons and accomplishments for Lacey mad Lacey a very beautiful and amazing person. I will miss her deeply from flyleaf!

Goodbye Flyleaf

 Lacey being a musician, Has a lot of awesome fun times, but being a musician isn't always what people think it is. I'm going to share with you the pros and cons of being a musician though the life stories of the beautiful Lacey Mosley.

Lacey has a lot of fun being the lead singer of flyleaf. She says she's blessed to have everyone she knows, her friends, family, band member and fans. Lacey loves knowing her music touches hearts of her fans, and her own heart as well. Lacey loves reaching out and inspiring people. Living through, what she has as a child. She strongly believes god is her savior. And loves teaching people of god, so If they're in a not so good place, they'll be saved to. Also the best things to her of being a musician is writing her songs. She fills her songs with deep honest lyrics. Knowing she's an idol and admired for her songs and voice.

But also on the other hand, Lacey does have to face some hard times being a musician. Lacey decided on Oct,22, 2012, She's leaving flyleaf. She wants to step down, and live life and take care of her son. Her band will continue to write songs, with new lead singer, Kristen May. Lacey says she'll miss her band member as they have become family to her. Lacey had spent a long 10 years with them, Touring, Writing songs, and making music. From being a top musician to saying goodbye can't be easy. Having life change dramatically. But even in hard times, Lacey has always been a strong person.

The similarities from these 2 interviews are that, even through hardship times, Lacey has always had fun. Lacey has enjoyed being the lead singer of flyleaf. She's enjoyed being an idol to so many people and she still is! She loved reaching out to everybody. She has made so many friends during these 10 years, to people who love and care about her.

The differences between interviews are Lacey's feelings. In the first interview she was really excited of tours and meeting people. And knowing her music is saving lives and being an Inspiron. She loved being a singer. In the 2nd interview, you could tell there is a bitter and almost lingering sadness in it. Lacey says she's blessed and she's happy. But she knows this is goodbye from flyleaf forever.

Lacey Mosley songs mean a lot to me. I love listening to her and even singing along to her songs. My voice has in proved so much, thanks to her. I've seen her in concert once. She's sings amazing live too, she's not a fake artist, she's true to heart. I'm really going to miss her, her emotion in her songs. The energy she gives off. Flyleaf will not be the same.
